How We Work

The AISB drives industry-led action through dedicated Task & Finish Groups, bringing together member expertise to shape practical solutions, and respond to the workforce challenges facing the UK aviation sector.

Work is delivered through three Task and Finish groups:

  • Identifies workforce challenges and defines the skills needed to support long-term aviation sector growth by determining workforce skills gaps, opportunities and the solutions needed to inform a future workforce strategy.

  • Inspire young people, educators and influencers about the diverse career opportunities available within the aviation and travel sectors.
