AISB delivered a series of Career webinars to inspire and inform young people, educators and career influencers about all the opportunities across aviation.

During National Apprenticeship Week 2025 and 2026, the group delivered highly successful awareness campaigns highlighting apprenticeship opportunities across the aviation industry. Through engaging video content featuring apprentices sharing their experiences and career journeys in a variety of aviation roles, the campaigns provided authentic insights into aviation careers and the benefits of apprenticeships, helping to inspire future talent and raise awareness of apprenticeship pathways. The campaigns achieved more than 12,000 LinkedIn impressions annually and reached over 5,000 members through AISB's National Apprenticeship Week content and video series, significantly increasing engagement with aviation apprenticeship opportunities and showcasing the diverse career pathways available across the sector.

Established a partnership with the National Careers Service to further promote aviation careers and expand awareness of AISB careers initiatives through their work advisors

The group are also leading the development work on behalf of the AISB for a number of Aviation Virtual Work Experiences for the sector launching in the summer of 2026.
