What is the value of the AISB to your organisation?

Being part of the AISB network has been incredibly valuable to TUI. It has provided a platform for collaboration, shared learning, and policy engagement that directly supports our work in developing future talent. Through AISB, we’ve been able to stay ahead of policy changes in the apprenticeship and skills landscape, which is vital for a large employer navigating complex funding rules. Contribute to consultations and working groups that shape national skills policy, ensuring the voice of the travel and tourism sector is heard.

Access insights and research that inform our strategic planning and help us advocate internally for continued investment in apprenticeships. Personally, AISB has been a valuable sounding board and support network. It’s helped me grow professionally and stay connected to a community of like-minded professionals committed to improving the skills system.
