My Organisation
Saxon Air offers a range of service across business and general aviation. Core business includes offshore and general aviation passenger handling, and operating a range of jets, helicopters and training aircraft, including the world’s first certified electric aircraft. Additional work includes wider training, skills and careers outreach strategies.
What is the value of the AISB to your organisation?
As the first business/general aviation member of AISB, it’s given us invaluable insights into the wider aviation industry we work in. It allows us to share our perspective, challenges and successes, but also to learn from a variety of other significant organisations. We can bring an agility that larger organisations don’t have, but we can also learn from their rigour and resilience. It’s rare for such a broad sector to speak with one voice, but with government and regulator attendance we can do this. Our experience of AISB is that it is outcome focussed, and we’ve enjoyed how all members are invited to collaborate on a range of issues. This has given us contacts with a range of experienced that we wouldn’t otherwise have access to.
