Being AISB membership provides MAG with a valuable platform to connect with peers across the aviation sector on the shared challenge of skills development. Being part of the network has supported our work by offering a forum to shape thinking on future skills and workforce policy. The opportunity to engage with policymakers and industry leaders through AISB also helps us position MAG’s workforce strategy within the broader aviation skills agenda, strengthening our ability to plan for long-term capability.
