What is the value of the AISB to your organisation? 

The AISB promotes collaboration across government, regulatory bodies, and aviation industry organisations to drive meaningful change in skills development within the aviation sector. From a CAA perspective, the AISB provides a valuable platform to hear directly from industry stakeholders about their challenges, share our ongoing initiatives, and gain fresh ideas and insights from members. As one of the Task and Finish group workstream leads focusing on future skills, I’ve seen how AISB enables cross-industry collaboration and brings in global perspectives through wider international initiatives, which strengthens our collective approach to shaping the future workforce.
